Central Bank Chairman predicts 0% GDP growth rate

In a world that is currently under a recession, having a flat GDP growth rate is already a blessing. A lot of nations are experiencing contractions in their respective economies, so maintaining the size of your own economy should be already welcome.

That is exactly the case with Colombia right now, whose Central Bank Chairman, Jose Dario Uribe, already predicted a 0% GDP growth rate for Colombia.
