Failure of English Language Classes in Colombia

The recent study conducted by the Ministry of Education of Colombia show that the English classes established since 2006 is a failure where out of the 11,000 English language teachers, 5,000 don't really know how to speak the language and just relies on lessons found on book materials, and the rest only has the basic knowledge of how to speak English.
