Drug Lord pleaded guilty to 45-year sentence

Diego "Don Diego" Montoya, who led the Norte del Valle cartel for fourteen years beginning 1990, had pleaded guilty on charges of conspiracy on importing cocaine and obstruction of justice. Judge Cecilia Altonaga approves the 45-year sentence requested by the prosecution.
